Pleasant grove rugby
Pleasant Grove Rugby was established in the fall of 2025 and is dedicated to helping young athletes grow through the exciting and fast-paced sport of rugby.
Our current focus is Rugby 7s, a summer format that keeps players sharp, competitive, and the seven man version of Rugby is action packed which we love!
Practices begin each year after the school spring break in April, and the summer season runs from the middle of May through the end of June. In our first official season in 2026, many of our teams are being formed from the strong foundation of Pleasant Grove tackle football athletes.
Pleasant Grove Rugby strongly supports multi-sport athletes and encourages cross training with football, basketball, and other sports. Rugby 7s builds speed, agility, teamwork, and resilience while creating a supportive environment that feels like family.
At Pleasant Grove Rugby, we are building more than teams. We are building character, confidence, and a community that lifts every athlete.
How to Join
Pleasant Grove Rugby uses Telegram for all club communication. To join the team group, install the Telegram mobile app, then click the join link below, and once an admin approves your request, you will be added to the main communication channel.
